Last month we talked about spending time in nature with all of the luxurious comforts. This month we are discussing decorating with nature, bringing the outside in with, "biophilia, or Biophilic Decor.
What is biophilic decor?
Biophilic decor, rooted in the concept of "biophilia" (love of life or nature), is a design approach that integrates natural elements and patterns into indoor spaces to foster a stronger connection between humans and nature, enhancing well-being and creating a more harmonious environment.
Five ways to bring biophilic design into your home
One: plenty of plants

Two: natural light and highlight natural views

Three: curvy furniture

Four: colors inspired by nature

Five: patterns inspired by nature

Biophilic decor:
bringing the outside in, rounded furniture pieces, plenty of plants and lots of natural light.
I love this vertical garden, I would love to do this on a smaller scale, maybe with succulents? The wood paneling and jute rug reinforce the natural elements used in biophilic decor style. Love this space!
